SplashBuddy is created to provide an elegant and secure onboarding experience for Mac users during the automated enrollment process. SplashBuddy notifies the user when it detects that certain software has been installed. You must specify which log file SplashBuddy monitors for software that’s been installed (there are two possible log files). SplashBuddy notifies the user only about software packages that you specify. When SplashBuddy recognizes a package name in the log file, it notifies the user that the package is being installed. This guide shows you how to modify SplashBuddy for the appropriate log file and package names, as well as how to configure a few other SplashBuddy settings.
