Jamf Icon Uploader is a utility that streamlines the bulk upload of icons to Jamf Pro, eliminating the tedious process of uploading them one at a time. This app was built to solve a common pain point: hosting app icons on Jamf Pro for use with Setup Manager. Instead of manually uploading each icon through the Jamf Pro interface, you can now upload an entire collection in a single operation.
How it works:
Simply place all the icons you'd like to upload into a folder. The app accepts GIF, PNG, and JPG files, and automatically converts each one to a 512x512 PNG, the format supported by Jamf Pro. Once the upload is complete, a CSV file is saved to your Desktop containing the HTTPS path for every icon, making it easy to reference them in your Setup Manager configuration profile.
Requirements:
The app requires an API Role and Client configured in Jamf Pro with the Update Policies privilege.
