On September 17, 2014, Apple, Inc. updated the Terms and Conditions for the Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and the Volume Purchase Program (VPP). The agent assigned to that program should have received an email about the new/updated Terms and Conditions. If the agent did not get the email or ignored the email and did not consent to the updated Terms and Conditions, than both the Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and the Volume Purchase Program (VPP) will stop working.
