As Senior System Engineer at HCS, Keith wears many hats.  He is responsible for a myriad of duties at HCS.  From project management to taking out the trash, Keith is always willing to do the job at hand and never afraid to get his hands dirty.

Keith has the drive and ability to take a project full circle. He is obsessive when it comes to documentation and communication.  He is a self-starter with the ability to think fast on his feet.

Keith has over 20 years in the IT Industry specializing in Apple Technology.  He’s been a member of the HCS family since 2008.

Joan Work joined HCS Technology Group as a Consultant in 2005 bringing over 20 years of computer and business expertise.  Her experience ranges from selling and supporting the early PC’s in the 80’s to deployment, training and support of Apple’s mobile devices of today.  Joan’s clients call her Tech Goddess and Computer Angel.  Her coworkers like to call her the Network Nanny.  If there is a problem with an Apple device in the business or home, Joan’s clients know they can count on Joan to solve the problem in an efficient and cost effective manner.  A frequent statement would be “Joan’s here.  Everything is going to be ok now.” 

As the President & CEO of HCS Technology Group, Craig is a creative decision maker with skills in business development, personnel and project management. He has been very successful in developing HCS’ consulting/professional services, managing software development lifecycle projects, commercial software releases, growth-oriented organizations and training for many Fortune 100 companies.

Craig is an energetic business and process improvement leader with comprehensive experience in IT consulting engagement, business development, software development management, operations management, organizational leadership and strategic planning. He is a skilled team builder and highly effective communicator, who is adept at implementing change.

Craig participates in all portions of the vendor selection, acquisition, security, infrastructure design, deployment, life cycle management, administration and support. He has extensive experience on both the configuration and development side that enables him to ensure the best configuration for the entire environment at his client(s).

Picasso said “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.” Richard Goon does this by creating and designing the look for HCS Tech Group. Besides the visual arts, he enjoys the the audio part of it by playing his classical guitar and sometimes bass. He loves to collect His comic books and discuss his favorite TV shows, Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead. His field of expertise are graphic apps, fonts and backup.
