Office 2011 Word in El Capitan quitting on launch

Some users still feel the need to use Office 2011 and have been having a problem with Word and other apps quitting on launch. Rebuilding the database, trashing preferences, cleaning cache didn’t solve.

The solution for Word and Excel quitting on launch is to turn off Error Reporting.

You can turn Error Reporting off by navigating to /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/MERP2.0/Error Reporting

Launch Error reporting. In the application dropdown menu, select Preferences.  Uncheck Enable Microsoft Error Reporting.

Changes will not take effect until you relaunch your Microsoft applications.

Help, My keyboard is split on my iPad! Is there a way to fix it?

Yes there is.  On the bottom of your iPad keyboard, there is an icon for a keyboard with a down arrow on the icon. Hold the keyboard button down and a toggle to merge or merge and dock the keyboard will appear. While holding your finger on the ipad screen, slide your finger to the merge and dock toggle to put your keyboard back on the dock and merged back to one keyboard.

Where did my camera roll go in iOS 8?

Your photos have not been deleted. They have just moved to a new location. The new Photo App has replaced your camera roll and PhotoStream.  Your photos that had been in PhotoStream are now in Recently Added.  Recently Added consists of photos added within the last 30 days on you iOS devices.  If you delete a photo here it will delete off of all of your devices. In order to view your older photos, you need to use the Years, Collections, and Moments views.
